Location and astonishing breakfast. Management went the extra mile for us. We liked that there was a shower.
-
Swimmig pool and sauna out of order.
-
The best sauna I have ever been to outside Finland!
Their "twin room" mean just a standard room with a double bed. For me, a twin room consists of a bedroom and an additional room with furniture such as a sofa or such like.
-
It was a stanndard hotel with normal facilities
It is a soul-less modern hotel where staff were ok without being particularly helpful - one odd experience was when a member of the restaurant staff told us off for making a sandwich when we were putting aside some food for a member of the group who was missing breakfast - not very pleasant. Also about half an hour's walk from the old town so not very convenient without transport
-
kind staff, clean facilities
breakfast the second day was not very fresh
-
i thought this hotel was nowhere near as good as it says it is and should not charge 170 euros a night, the staff level was three star and the breakfast food level was three star
-
roms are excellent - bed comfortable with nice large veranda - recently refurbished I think, certainly the room I had.
hotel sign is difficult to see, so drove past it a couple of times before locating the entrance.
-
Easy to find driving in, clean and comfortable. Bus in front to visit Old City. Very good breakfast.
Had dinner in hotel, with slow and poor service. Food had no flavor.
-
Well ecquiped facility.
Location is a bit distant from city center, there is nothing particular aroud the hotel. Business atmosphere.
-
The bed and convenience to city centre and the breakfast. Supermarket and shops close by
locked window in case of need to escape a fire, absence of tea coffee facilities in room, the safe pre code made no sense as was printed on it, one person at main reception was a bit off hand. The falls a bit short of describing itself as 5*
-
The room was large.
Over-priced, not in a great location, Breakfast was inconsistent.
-
Modern, clean hotel. Good in-house spa.
Sometimes no hot water (cold showers, luckily it was summer). Efficient staff, but cold (no smiles). No help offered if not asked for. Location on edge of city, not convenient for centre of town.Breakfast limited (terrible coffee). Not value for money.
-
Staff were very friendly and had a very good command of English. Made several calls from front desk when I lost my backpack and then gave me instructions on how to find police station to report it missing. (It was not taken from hotel but left in a cab.)
Bit far from town centre, especially for someone who has difficulty with buses and walking.
-
Nice modern hotel, pleasent and helpfull staff. Large and soundproof rooms, good value for money.
The hotel is no walking distance nor from the beach, nor from the Diocletian pallace.
-
The rooms were modern and spacious, great breakfast. The swimming pool was pleasant as was the turkish bath, unfortunately the jaccusi and sauna were broken during our stay. The hotel was quite a way out from the old city approx 15-20 mins walk.
Our bins were not emptied in the room during our stay and the bath towels were threadbare, not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.
